FIT Housing

Students who are accepted into the FIT program and secure a spot on-campus housing will move in earlier than other incoming Charlotte students.

Students must follow these steps in order to have early access to housing through FIT:

1) Student applies for housing through the housing portal and receives their housing assignment (applications due TBD)

2) Student applies for FIT by late June. In the FIT application, student must indicate that they applied for housing AND would like to move in early 

3) If the student is admitted into FIT, the FIT office will let housing know that the student is moving in early (based on their FIT application)

Commuter students are able to participate in FIT. Please be aware that in order to participate in FIT, attendance on campus will be required each day from Aug 10 – Aug 15 for the entire day.
