Kimberly Rodgers
Kimberly Rodgers (she/her/hers) currently serves as the Director of the University Center for Academic Excellence. She believes in the transformative power of education and works to support access and equity in higher education by providing quality academic support services. Kimberly is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who earned her master’s degree in Community Counseling from UNC Charlotte and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from James Madison University. Before joining the UCAE team, Kimberly worked for the Office of Adult Students and Evening Services and the Office of Disability Services at UNC Charlotte serving two student populations she still feels passionate about. She has also worked as a Counselor at Rowan Cabarrus Community College and Queens University. When not championing student success, Kimberly likes to travel, read, and run.
