- August 10th: Welcome Ceremony & Move-in Day
- This event marks the official start of your journey at UNC Charlotte! Join us for a warm welcome and assistance with settling into your new home on campus.
- August 11th: Campus Tour & Evening Activity (TBA)
- Explore our vibrant campus with a guided tour, followed by an evening of engaging activities (details to be announced).
- August 12-16th: FIT Cohort Meetings & Activities
- Throughout the week, you’ll bond with your FIT Cohort through a series of interactive sessions tailored to support your academic and social transition to college life.
- August 17th: Recognition Ceremony
- Celebrate your achievements and the connections you’ve made during your FIT experience at our Recognition Ceremony.
- August 18th: New Student Convocation Day
- Join us for an inspiring event as we officially welcome you to the UNC Charlotte community during New Student Convocation Day.
- August 19th: 1st Day of Classes
- Armed with the knowledge and connections gained through the FIT program, you’ll confidently embark on your academic journey with the start of classes. Thanks to the comprehensive preparation provided by FIT, including academic-centered topics, campus life discussions, and immersive experiential learning opportunities, you’ll be equipped to tackle your first day of classes and beyond with confidence and success.
